Attorney Motion To Withdraw of Record?
I have a ongoing case with my attorney, tomorrow there is a motion hearing to dismiss a case due to the plaintiff’s failure to respond. I got a letter stating that at the motion to dismiss case He will be filing a Motion to Withdraw as my attorney of Record. It doesn’t say why, and I got too late in the evening and the office are close? Why would the attorney do that? What are the reasons an attorney would withdraw from a case?
Can I get the attorney to change is mind about withdrawing from being my attorney

Questioner: Karen Subject: Cresit card lawsuit QUESTION: A lawyer has sued me on behalf of JDB for a credit card debt. SOL not expired. I Answered the court and attorney with a General Denial that wasn’t sworn.I just read this needed to be sworn. Is it to late to resubmit a sworn copy ? How long do I have to request Discovery from Plaintiff ? No dates have been given to me by the courts and I only see it has to be done during the discovery period. Plaintiff hasn’t responded to my request for validation ,as allowed by FDCPA. Even though they have filed lawsuit and placed this on my credit report. Would you suggest filing a Motion to compel since they haven’t shown any of the documentation requested prior to validating the lawsuit ? or Filing for Discovery ? Thanks in advance for any suggestions, K ANSWER: A lawyer has sued me on behalf of JDB for a credit card debt. SOL not expired. We’ve heard rumors that Sony’s PS3 motion controller would be called Arc. Now we’ve got Brian Farrell, President and CEO of game developer THQ, referring to device by the same name. It’s not conclusive, but it’s certainly more evidence. [Kotaku]
You said it Donnie! This video is going on my Facebook page. Thank you for posting! I’m sharing this widely.
Actually, you could try some programs. There are a lot of them out there. I didn't compare those. Right now what I am using is one called Streaming Video Recorder for around two month, I have to admit it's working fine. Most online video-sharing sites could be downloaded. I recommend you to give it a try.
The attorney could get fined, sanctioned, suspended and/or lose their license to practice law — depending on the severity.
Do you mean "negligible" (as in not significantly at fault) or "negligent" (meaning, at fault)?

A motion is when a party asks the court to do something.
An appeal is one type of motion. You are asking the court to overturn the decision.

You need to use the Rules of Civil Procedures for your state as a guide when writing and filing a motion to vacate the judgment for improper service. You should also research and read your states rules of service statutes plus any other applicable statutes and case law.
You can find your RCP and state statutes online.
If you can afford a lawyer, you should consider hiring one. Just be sure the lawyer is a consumer credit lawyer.
Many lawyers give free first consults so be sure and ask about that when you call.
Even if you want to handle it yourself, if you have the free first consult you will know where you stand and you "might" learn some valuable info that could help when writing up the motion.
If you cannot find the type of lawyer you are looking for you might look for a consumer credit lawyer on the NACA site (National Association of Consumer Advocates)
If you cannot afford a lawyer you might check with Legal Aid.
They might not be able to be with you in the courtroom, but they may help you write up the motion.
If you want to handle it yourself then you might go to either your local public library or a local law library and do some reading in the Nolo Press books.
You might also click on my profile and do some reading in the last link I have listed to a free credit discussion board.
You will be able to find links to your states RCP and state statutes.
your recorder needs to be on the av channel number you use to connect tv to dvd via scart. the tv channel needs to be on the freeview channel you want to record.

perfectly legal. s/he is providing a service for a fee. If you haven't paid your bill then they don't have to file.
The best thing you can do is to talk to your ex, and both of you come to an agreement. Then file on your own and without the expense of an Attorney. If you can't agree, and children are involved, you really need an Attorney to help you protect your rights. You need to know the process of the court. Secondly, if your a victim of DV, sometimes in Michigan-Legal Aid will represent you at no cost.

If you withdraw it, you'll probably get nailed with taxes & fees.
No we can't actually, because an ellipse has a variable radius with respect to angular coordinate, in contrast with circular path which has a constant radius. Thus if you want an elliptical path, you have to "change the lenght of the rod" with respect to time ( connecting the pedal) , which is 'impossible', to me atleast.
I wish this is what your question about
Def's= Defendant, basically says that the motion you filed was rejected, Now you, Sit and weight 30 days for the state to respond to the motion filed in court!
