There is a new case in Iowa.its about a baby named Zara.Her mother Tresa admitted 2 years AFTER her daughters death was called SIDS that she actually suffocated the baby girl at 2 am then went back to bed.waking at 8 am and acting shocked to find her little daughter dead.there is a video of her laughing and playing with her daughter much like Casey Anthony.type in noahyamenon youtube to see the pretty mom playing with the beautiful baby girl Zara.reminds me of casey

No doubt an intelligent woman, but ashame she isn’t more tolerant of those who disagree with her conspiracy theories. I find Sierra’s posts much more neutral and informative.

Judge will Deny motion to dismiss.Judge will put the motion on HOLD until next year regarding change of venue.Judge will DENY the motion to stop video taping of the client/lawyer visits, etc.Judge will DENY motion by defense to get a copy of the transcript from when George went to the Grand Jury.Judge will approve the State request for the Defense to turn over evidence that Maculso stated at a hearing that the body was placed in the woods after Casey went to jail.

This case is proeing to be quite a freak show and the scamthonies are not running short on freaks . Lets hope and pray for justice and closier for Caylee`s sake . Say hey to Miasha from lucky .
I don’t blame the prosecution for not letting the defense team at the crime scene at the EXACT same time, the defense team can’t be trusted. They are always trying to hide evidence, phone calls, etc. But as soon as they were permitted to enter the scene they didn’t even want to go so it’s their own fault IMO…

I can't tell you what the nightly rate is at the Casey Lodge, but I know there is a free bus that leaves Incheon Airport (just head to the USO desk on thelower level of the airport) twicxe a day. First bus to Casey is at 10am and the next bus is at 11pm at night. This is to accomodate fact that most planes from the US come in at either 7am or 9pm to Incheon (where you will be landing). If you miss this bus, still go to the USO desk and they can help you with alternative transportation depending on what time your flight lands. Be advised, as soon as the last USO bus leaves the airport, the USO desk will close.
Your next best alternative (in case you are between buses and don't want to wait around), is to take the express bus to Dongducheon from the airport (costs about $15 US…they only take Korean won). When you get to Dongducheon, just grab a taxi and tell him "Camp Casey" and he will drop you at the gate…about $5 US. Your husband could meet you at the gate, bus terminal in Dongducheon, or meet you at the airport and help you get there.

Your question isn't very clear. Sounds like you were already sued for nonpayment. If your case is dismissed, they can try suing you again, but that's about it. And if the case was dismissed, they probably won't try again unless they really think they can win.
What will happen to the thousands of dollars you've already paid? Nothing will happen to it. Whoever has it is keeping it.
But since your question isn't very clear, I have no idea what your situation really is.
