Reply:
Litigation is the process of filing a law suit against someone or an entity, such as a company or business.
The process begins with a Summons and Complaint. Then it goes from there. If the parties can settle their differences, it will not have to go to trial. If they can not settle, then in proceeds to trial.
Litigation is a complicated process and can take a very long time. Make sure you hire an attorney with special knowledge of the area of law that your litigation falls under.
