You have the legal pleadings, so copy the cause number and the style of the case. Entitle it “Motion to Dismiss.” State in the first paragraph the law of your state that grandparent visitation is not a right. Then ask for dismissal in the second paragraph. Sign the motion, and have it served upon the grandparents with notice of the hearing date on the motion that you will get from the court clerk. Go to the hearing, and present the law of your state.
If you are right on your statement of the law, it will be dismissed. However, if there is an exception to your knowledge of the law, you will find out at court time. Best advice – obtain counsel.
Look at a copy of “Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.” Rule 41 governs motions to dismiss.
If you are the granparent – and your state has no grandparent rights – you do not have the right to file any motions to dismiss!
Case Closed!

But – to protect whatever interests you may feel that you have in the matter I highly recommend that your get an Attorney to represent you in this.
Lo Siento!
What every you file, your work will be held to the same standard as if an attorney filed it. If you don’t want to hire an attorney, find your closest law library and start reading about motions to dismiss. Your motion must follow the rules for the court you are sending it to. Research your state law, both statutory and cases as well as your state rules of procedure. Remember the time you will have to spend learning these rules is valuable. It would not take an attorney far less time to handle a simple matter. My suggestion, call an attorney if you want it done correctly. Many offer free consultations and can give you an idea what this sort of matter would cost. It might be less than you think.
I would go to the law library in the courthouse look up the motion I needed, copy it, fill it out and file it with the clerk of court.
when I had my kids in daycare they had a 2 week minimum meaning that if I pulled them or they got kicked out regardless I had to complete the 2 week payment cycle. (that also meant if they were there or not)
Yes exactly. After you dismiss, then you can exit qwitter and delete the file.
Can I dismiss a divorce attorney without a new attorney?
I have the form, but don’t quite understand how to fill it out.

Wuh-oh! Considering its popularity and the number of handsets floating around out there compared to the number of security exploits discovered thus far, I’d say Apple has done a pretty good job of keeping things locked down. As this just-discovered flaw proves, however, nobody’s perfect. By combining a weakness in an enterprise feature with a bit of social engineering, an anonymous hacker has discovered a nearly sure-fire way to fool iPhone users into installing a potentially harmful file.

Oh yeah of course. Just push the reset button on the back. They just make those discs because they look really cool.
They dismissed the prom at 12:00 am. Crap that sucks! I don't know where in the world they decided to dismiss us very early!
You can do this yourself.
Go the the court clerks office with all of the paperwork. Different courts use different methodology to decide whether a venue change is allowed or not. But it usually needs to be a matter of legal due process or legal authority to be approved. As the previous poster said it is unlikely to be allowed for convenience.
it looks fast, but thats because the song’s supposed to be fast. XD thats what the cornered theme is all about
The killing in the movie freaked me the hell out especially when he said goodbye. Very creepy.
Justin and I have been using the Ericsson philosophy lately. Basically you dismiss everything as 'bullshit'.

The $38 billion in overdraft-protection fees that make up one of the banking industry’s fattest cash cows will take a significant hit this summer when federal rules kick in that preclude the practice without prior consumer approval.
Wow Star, I’ve never before heard a judge say ‘uh, uh, uh’ so much in my entire life. She’s as you know, fishing for words!
You have to put your ass completely in the water so there is no splash.

Nintendo has announced the successor to the Nintendo DS line of handheld gaming devices. It’s called the Nintendo 3DS, and it will include 3D effects without the glasses you have to wear to watch Avatar or 3D TV. Nintendo’s press release [PDF] wasn’t sent to news outlets, but it’s sitting undisturbed at Nintendo’s website. It says the handheld console will launch in the fiscal year that ends in March 2011 (so late 2010 or early 2011), and that it will be fully unveiled at the E3 gaming expo in Los Angeles this June. The 3DS will will add some motion sensing technology to its control scheme, and it will play your old DS and DSi games. Nintendo doesn’t say whether it will keep the two-screens-and-a-stylus layout that we’ve all become accustomed to on the existing handhelds. Nintendo’s Wii and DS consoles have turned the video game world upside down, using unique control schemes and affordable hardware to attract millions of people who were never before interested in video games. 3D is…
