How Do We Go About Getting A Motion Started For Contempt Of Court, By A Judge, Without An Attorney?

My husband has a court order stating that he gets to claim 2 of their 4 children in the divorce papers and that she must sign the IRS form 8332. His ex refuses and claims them on her taxes, now we are getting audited by the IRS. HELP is needed.

Its a great twin board. if your a quick learner you can really grow into it without having to invest in another board. Just keep your knees flexed and weight balanced towards your front foot to keep yourself from catching an edge when riding or carving, especially if your learning on icy conditions. Board flex and feel is subjective thing so try it out. If it's too aggressive you can always have the edges de-tuned. if you absolutely hate it sell it and get a different board.
Wow what a day! I have many things to share. Transforming education is a time consuming activity and not without political issues.
Without specifics, I'll answer that it's a qualified yes.
While the court can rule on any case based on documents entered into evidence, doing so without the participation of all parties is almost a guaranteed appeal. The exception would be if one party consistently fails to follow procedure and the other does.
