I am supposed to get to see my son after a Guardian Ad Litem is appointed. My wifes Attorney is not contacting my Attorney and in doing so is interfering with me being able to get my court ordered 20 day visitation with my son.
My attorney has told me he is filing a motion to hold her attorney for contempt and sue for attorney fees.
If my attorney files such a motion and then her lawyer goes ahead and agrees to which Guardian Ad Litem to be appointed before the new hearing for the Contempt Charge will that hearing just be ignored?
This is a preview of
what happens if my attorney files a Motion for Contempt on my wifes Attorney and then her side complies?

My son’s father has not been paying child support, and I had my attorney file a motion of contempt and was just wondering if he will be arrested or serve jail time since he is on probation?? Will there be a warrant for his arrest??

My husband has a court order stating that he gets to claim 2 of their 4 children in the divorce papers and that she must sign the IRS form 8332. His ex refuses and claims them on her taxes, now we are getting audited by the IRS. HELP is needed.

My husband’s ex-wife has not followed the court’s orders outlined in their settlement agreement. She has not given him half of the family photos, she has not paid the taxes on the home that they still own together, because it just hasn’t sold yet, she didn’t put that house on the market by the deadline that the court gave her, she does not follow the rules of our insurance, yet expects us to pay half of the charges incurred due to going out of network ($150 instead of $25), she is constantly trying to poison the children against their father, etc., etc. She knows she is in contempt, and she doesn’t think he will take her to court, since we can’t afford an attorney. Anyway, does anybody know how we can get forms and detailed instructions on how to do this on our own? The goal is not to get her fined or arrested. The goal is just to get her to obey the court, like my husband does each month when he writes her a check for $725…even though the kids live with us 1/2 the time.
