granted by the courts. Because I am representing myself, I was not aware that I had to enter a plea after sending in an appearance (answer to the summons).

In court you must answer any motion filed or risk a default judgment.~
There is not much you can do. Failing to answer a charge allows for a default judgment. And self-representation is no excuse.
If there is an option to appeal, then try for that.
Well, don’t compound your error. Immediately file an answer to the motion in opposition. If the amount is substantial for you, hire an attorney asap. You can’t play pro football without a helmet. RJ
I was hoping you'd know, so I could buy it all and burn it.

—you do realize he’s deployed right? And that getting in touch may be something he may not be allowed to do right at the moment? I’m sure he’s thinking of you all the time, even if he can’t call.
The complaint, filed on behalf of a Florida woman called Eva Hibnick, claims Google has broken several electronic communications laws, with the plaintiff seeking both monetary relief and injunctions to prevent Google from taking similar actions in the future. This is not the first privacy-related incident Google Buzz has caused. Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada had some doubts about Google Buzz; the issue then, as it is now, was the fact that Buzz automatically finds users to follow based on your e-mail correspondence.

By Tom Adams, an attorney and former monoline executive I’m usually cynical about these “genius of Wall Street” articles, but the Vanity Fair article “Larry Fink’s $12 Trillion Shadow” by Suzanna Andrews, about the head of the world’s largest money manager, BlackRock, raises the cliche to another level. My skepticism results both from the disconnect between [...]

HTC hasn’t filed its official reply to Apple’s patent lawsuit in court yet, but the company just gave us an updated and expanded statement on the case, saying that while it “strongly advocates intellectual property protection,” it disagrees with Apple’s actions and will “fully defend itself.” Natch. HTC obviously wasn’t eager to divulge whether or not that means it’s going to countersue Apple with its own patents, but we’re sort of expecting it — we’ll find out more when lawyers do their thing in a few weeks. Oh, and
we also asked HTC if and when Google would get involved, but didn’t get an answer — we’ll let you know if we hear anything. Full statement after the break.

Ok im a guy so don't think im gaay for telling you this but my ex fiance' and me used to give each other facials not something I really wanted to do but w.e. What I like to use to remove black heads is first take a towel let it heat your skin n as you do that remove the black heads. Before all that though you might want to get a bowl put in 2 aspirns and a few drops of water break it down. Than take pure honey and mix it with the aspirn. After you do that put it on your face and leave it on for no more than 15 minutes. Since you popped your blockheads with your towel the aspirn will basically make your face clean. Your face should be really, really smooth.
