Why Did The Defendants Attorney Tell Me To Schedule My Motion On A Day He Can Not Make It?

Ok, the defendants attorney told me to schedule my Motion for Injunctive Relief Order on a day that he can not make it so it will be only the judge and me there. Why?

Because if he is there he will have to stand up for his client.
He wants you to get your injunction, the best way is if he is not there to present the defendant’s side. You tell your side to the judge, the judge decides based solely on your story.
He probably just wants it settled. Probably wants it out of his hands. This guy must be court-appointed
LOL… I don’t know a whole lot about that but I’m sure you can figure it out.
The only attorney you should listen to is the one YOU pay. Remember, everyone lies and looks out for themselves

As a devoted yoga practitioner and full-time attorney, I am very much interested to read your column when it comes out. Although I occasionally identify with #3, for me yoga is far different than running, basketball, etc. because of the qualities you list in #4. At the end of the day, yoga definitely makes me a better lawyer, and a better person, precisely because of the calm, discipline, focus and perspective it engenders. One minor downside is that it makes it slightly harder to relate to non-yoga colleagues in the office who are 100% mind oriented.

oh there’s something, i don’t believe in any religion but when you experience true psychedelic experience you obtain the knowledge and the unmistaken feeling of a greater/higher power, a divine power of all the universe. now let me make myself clear, to achieve this, it doesn’t mean going to a concert, a lazer show, watching a movie or even hanging out with friends. you must take the mushrooms in isolation, in a dark setting, closing your eyes and not even listening to music.
House alarm systems have motion detectors that you can install. I don't know how weatherproof they are. But, if you can get one that is weatherproof, you can get a wireless one that would transmit a signal to the main unit in the house. Alarm systems also have a chime mode, where every time the detector is activated (by motion, or opening a door or window), a chime or beep goes off.
As far as the kind to get, there are so many on the market. Just look on ebay at the various kinds that are available and study up on the different brands to find one that suits your needs.
